Meet Mindy, my gorgeous English Staffy
Born May 2008.

Mindy came to stay at 6mths old - Unfortunately for her Breeder Julie and her breeding plans, but fortunately for us, Mindy had a flaw...  her little front teeth were croooooked!

A forever home in place of being in the kennels & travelling all over the countryside for shows!   This photo was all I needed to see via a Text Msg to decide that she should be shuttled up the highway 500k's in a semi to be delivered for a 3am freeway rendevous.

Mindy settled in really well right from day one, she is very entertaining, very demanding and very very cute, all of this will be supported by photos...

Photo below taken on her first morning, in a temporary yard - this was necessary as I was working during the day and I have a few feathery girls aka "Chooks" who enjoy the houseyard as well...

I'm not a fan of bathtime yet, but I sure enjoy tugg after drying off

My first Christmas was fun - lots (more) toys, chews and attention, I dressed up, but killed the rattlenoise!

Mindy came from the central west - the bush, where the dirt is red and it doesn't rain that much.  She isn't a natural water lover and won't voluntarily go into still water to swim...

Hmmmm I like the bells but I'm not going to be tricked..

But I love meeting new Doggie friends at the River

For the Kids, Okay I'll go for a paddle...

BUT..... During Summer when I had to put the Sprinkler on the Veggie Patch we realised that Mindy would happily play in the spray and runamuck in the backyard when we were not watching!

Mindy shares her home with Cheddy the Cat (more on him later he's the boss around here) and those feathery girls I mentioned earlier.  Mindy was great, she understood that the chookyard was out of bounds and only once in the first month got herself in under the fence to cleanup the old T bones...(way too tempting) then couldn't get back out so was busted!
